Man airlifted after being attacked by bull

The Toowoomba-based RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopter has flown a man to hospital after he was gored by a bull this morning.

The crew was tasked to the incident in the Toowoomba region just after 10:30am.

They landed on a nearby road at the property and treated the elderly man on scene, with Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS) paramedics, for a puncture wound to the hip.

The patient was flown to Princess Alexandra Hospital in a serious but stable condition.
