Experience hands-on learning from day one with LifeFlight’s apprenticeship program. Work alongside experienced professionals in maintaining and operating our state-of-the-art aircraft and equipment. With a structured mentoring program, you’ll gain practical insights and support to understand all aspects of your trade.
We support your career growth by sponsoring licensing qualifications specific to our fleet—AW139 or Bell 412 helicopters, or Challenger 604 jets. Completing your apprenticeship with us opens doors to ongoing development opportunities. We cover the costs of qualifying for your aircraft type course, ensuring you’re always ready for the next step in your journey.
