LifeFlight airlifts teenager after bull encounter

The Mount Isa-based LifeFlight crew last night airlifted a teenager to hospital after a bull crushed her arm against railings.

The LifeFlight helicopter was tasked by Retrieval Services Queensland (RSQ) at 5.12pm to a cattle station southwest of Mount Isa near the Northern Territory border.

The rescue chopper landed in a paddock on the property.

The teenager was flown to Mt Isa Hospital in a stable condition.
