Survivor airlifted after two-vehicle crash

The Sunshine Coast-based RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopter has airlifted a survivor to hospital, after a two-vehicle crash, in the Gympie region. 

The aeromedical crew was called to the scene around 4:15pm. 

A patient was airlifted to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital, under the care of the RACQ LifeFlight Rescue Critical Care Doctor and the Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS) Critical Care Flight Paramedic.
