Teenager airlifted after single vehicle crash

The Toowoomba RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopter has airlifted a teenage girl, after she was injured in a car crash, earlier this evening.

The rescue chopper was sent to the scene, north of Toowoomba, around 6:30pm.

The aeromedical team worked alongside paramedics from the Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS) to stabilise the girl.

She’d suffered multiple injuries and was flown in a stable condition to Toowoomba Hospital.
