Our aircraft are flying intensive care units, fully-fitted with cutting-edge medical equipment and staffed by world-class medical specialists. Every 62 minutes, our aircraft rescue a seriously ill or injured patient, flying from 10 base locations across the Asia Pacific. This level of care is the pinnacle of aeromedicine, ensuring that help is always within reach.
Each mission is fuelled by the passion of our people. We’re a dedicated team of more than 500 highly skilled critical care doctors, nurses, paramedics, engineers, aviation and medical training experts, coordination specialists and administrators. All united by a pioneering spirit and passion to go further.
We invest in a wide range of training, research and innovation programs that blaze new trails in emergency aeromedicine and rescue. From community wellbeing to cutting-edge technologies, each of our projects is aimed at finding more ways to save more lives.
Our aircraft fly night and day, ready to mobilise at any moment. From emergency rescues, natural disasters, patient transfers between hospitals, international medical evacuations, and aerial protection and surveillance, we’re always prepared to provide critical care when it’s needed most.
Our 24/7 Communications, Coordination, and Control Centre is the hub of all our operations. Run by a dedicated team of aviation professionals who handle thousands of calls and messages to coordinate our complex aeromedical services. From the moment a client reaches out to the completion of the mission, our centre keeps everything running smoothly, ensuring every detail is covered for the best possible care.
