From the first call to selecting your aircraft and equipment, choosing your flight path and flying a mission in the simulator, to hearing crew insights and making critical care patient decisions – you’ll learn just what it takes to save a life!

There is no admission fee - entry is free for all ages!
While walk-ins are welcome, we strongly encourage booking your visit in advance to ensure the best possible Visitor Experience for you and your group.
There is signed visitor parking onsite, with accessibility parking available.
We recommend allowing up to an hour for your visit.
As we are an emergency rescue service, sometimes you won't see our aircraft through the viewing window as our crew will be out on a mission saving lives!
The Centre is designed to engage visitors of all ages. Interactive exhibits and learning experiences can be enjoyed by children, students and adults, although some content may be more suitable for school-aged children and older. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or supervising adult.
We’re committed to creating an inclusive experience for all visitors, with accessible parking, wheelchair accessible experiences, and supportive facilities available throughout the centre.
No. Food and drinks are not permitted inside the Centre to help protect exhibits, maintain cleanliness and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors.
Yes. A range of merchandise is available for purchase from our merchandise vending machines during your visit.
Yes. Accessible toilet facilities are available within the Centre for the convenience of all visitors.
The LifeFlight Jocelyn Walker Visitor Experience and Education Centre is located at the LifeFlight Aeromedical Hub at the Sunshine Coast.
LifeFlight started as a grassroots regional helicopter service in 1979 and has grown into a trusted name in emergency rescue and pre-hospital care. Our fleet now includes medically equipped air ambulance jets and rescue helicopters that operate like flying intensive care units, crewed by the best medical staff.
