Purchasing and maintaining vital, lifesaving equipment so our crews can deliver ICU-level care on the ground and onboard throughout each flight.
Providing intensive training for our medical and flight crews, including specialised training for winch and water rescues, so they’re ready for anything.
Investing in Queensland’s future – helping us build and upgrade bases and facilities, so we can keep pace with growing population demands.

Michael Thomsen was playing touch football with his grandkids when he fell and hit his head. Paramedics rushed him to Toowoomba Hospital and when doctors discovered bleeding on his brain, a LifeFlight crew airlifted him to Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane. He was very lucky to survive and wanted to show his gratitude to LifeFlight, so to suit his pensioner’s income, he decided to give a small amount every month.

Yes, you will receive a yearly receipt in your name for your regular donation.
At the end of the financial year, we will send you a statement that details all of your transactions with LifeFlight Foundation for the regular donations you gave over the 12-month period.
