The Toowoomba-based LifeFlight aeromedical crew airlifted a man to hospital this evening after he fell from a horse.
The helicopter was tasked to a private property in the Western Downs region at 5.20pm.
The LifeFlight helicopter landed in a paddock near the incident.
The man, aged man in his 40s, sustained pelvic injuries.
He was treated by Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS) paramedics, the LifeFlight critical care doctor and flight paramedic.
The patient was taken to taken to Toowoomba Hospital in a stable condition.
