The Toowoomba-based LifeFlight aeromedical crew today airlifted a man after a motorcycle crash northeast of Clifton.
The LifeFlight helicopter was tasked at 12.24pm by Retrieval Services Queensland and landed on the road near the scene.
In a multi-agency response, the incident was attended by Queensland Fire Department (QFD) firefighters, Queensland Police Service (QPS) officers and Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS) paramedics.
The critical care LifeFlight doctor and QAS flight paramedic worked with local QAS paramedics to treat the patient for chest, head and leg injuries.
The man, in his 20s, was airlifted to Toowoomba Hospital in a serious condition for further treatment.
