The Toowoomba-based LifeFlight aeromedical crew yesterday airlifted a man to hospital after he was injured in a fall.
It is believed he was working on a shed roof south of Miles when he fell and sustained head and abdomen injuries.
The LifeFlight helicopter was tasked by Retrieval Services Queensland at 2.23pm and landed on a private property.
The critical care LifeFlight doctor and QAS flight paramedic worked with local QAS paramedics to treat the patient.
The patient, aged in his 40s, was airlifted to Toowoomba Hospital in a stable condition.
