RACQ LifeFlight Rescue airlifts elderly man after fall from ladder

An elderly man is recovering in hospital after he fell from a ladder, at a private property, earlier today.

The Sunshine Coast RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopter was sent to the scene, in the Noosa region, shortly after 11am.

The aeromedical team worked alongside paramedics from the Queensland Ambulance Service, to stabilise the man.

He suffered a multiple injuries, including a broken leg and was flown to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital in a stable condition.
