LifeFlight airlifts motorcycle rider in Scenic Rim

The Brisbane-based LifeFlight aeromedical crew has airlifted a motorcycle rider to hospital after he crashed in the Scenic Rim.

The LifeFlight chopper was tasked at 2.20pm yesterday and the crew was able to land on the road near the scene.

The LifeFlight critical care doctor and flight nurse worked with local paramedics to treat the patient for multiple injuries.

A man in his 60s was airlifted to Princess Alexandra Hospital in a stable condition.
