The Toowoomba RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopter crew has flown a man to hospital, after he was injured in a motorbike crash, just south of the Queensland border, this morning.
It’s believed the man, who is aged in his 40s, was riding his motorbike when he crashed into a tree.
The rescue chopper was called to assist just before 9:30am (Saturday, 20th of May).
He was initially treated by paramedics from both Queensland and New South Wales before being transported, via ambulance, to a nearby oval, to meet with the RACQ LifeFlight Rescue aeromedical crew.
The motorbike rider was treated for multiple injuries, including a broken arm, before being flown to the Princess Alexandra Hospital in a stable condition.
