A man, aged in his twenties, has suffered multiple injuries after he was thrown from a 4WD, overnight.
It’s believed the man was a passenger in a car which crashed and rolled on a private property, west of the Sunshine Coast.
The Sunshine Coast-based RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopter was sent to the scene, around 9pm (November 15).
The Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS) paramedics were first on scene and initially treated the patient.
Once at the scene, the LifeFlight Critical Care Doctor and QAS Flight Paramedic then worked alongside them to stabilise the man for his flight to hospital.
He was airlifted to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital in a serious condition.
