LifeFlight SGAS chopper crew join search for missing man

Roma’s LifeFlight Surat Gas Aeromedical Service (SGAS) helicopter crew has joined the search for a man, who was reported missing, near Mitchell, on Sunday.

It’s believed the man, aged in his 30’s, was last seen at a property near Mitchell-Saint George Road.

The LifeFlight SGAS chopper was called to action by Queensland Police Service (QPS) around 11am today.

The rescue chopper crew was also involved in the search effort, late yesterday afternoon.

State Emergency Service (SES) personnel, local QPS officers and members of the public are also scouring the ground, for the man.
