A woman in her 30s has been airlifted by the RACQ CareFlight Rescue helicopter with suspected internal injuries after her car left the road north of Murgon this morning.
The Sunshine Coast based crew was tasked to Booubyjan just after noon today.
It’s believed the patient was trying to overtake a truck and caravan on a long, straight stretch of road when the accident happened.
Her car came to a stop some 20 metres from the road way.
The patient was treated on scene by QAS and CareFlight medical teams before being airlifted to Nambour Hospital in a stable condition.
