The crew was tasked to the scene at 10:50 this morning after the woman, who was out riding with friends, failed to properly negotiate a corner and crashed.
She suffered suspected pelvic and abdominal injuries.
The woman was treated by Queensland Ambulance Service paramedics who transported her by road to a nearby helipad.
The LifeFlight aeromedical crew then airlifted the woman to the Toowoomba Base Hospital.
She travelled in a stable condition.
2016-17 was a record year for LifeFlight for lifesaving missions with its aeromedical crews, community helicopters and Air Ambulance jets performing a record 5,342 missions throughout Queensland and around the world.
