The woman sustained suspected multi-trauma injuries in the single motor vehicle accident, which happened on Mary Valley Road, south west of Gympie.
The Sunshine Coast RACQ CareFlight Rescue helicopter was called in to airlift the woman at 4.30pm yesterday.
She was flown to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital in a critical condition.
