The man, aged 65, was trapped under the tractor for more than an hour as Queensland Fire and Emergency Services (QFES) and Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS) paramedics worked to free him.
The RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopter was tasked to the accident around 5.20pm yesterday and landed at a nearby QFES helipad to airlift the man.
He was flown to the Princess Alexandra Hospital in a stable condition with suspected lower limb injuries.
2016-17 was a record year for LifeFlight for lifesaving missions with its aeromedical crews, community helicopters and Air Ambulance jets performing a record 5,252 missions throughout Queensland and around the world.
