LifeFlight Australia Limited (also known as LifeFlight, LifeFlight Foundation and RACQ LifeFlight Rescue).

Use of this site is provided by LifeFlight Australia Limited subject to the following Terms and Conditions. Your use constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as at the date of your first use of the site.

LifeFlight Australia Limited reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting changes online. Your continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of this agreement as modified.

Agreement
By donating to LifeFlight or making a LifeFlight Shop purchase, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions including our refund policy.

Payment Options:

How to pay
Once you have made your selection you will be guided through the payment process. The method of payment on our website is by PayPal or credit card. We do not capture or store your credit card details, only the authority from our bank that your credit card payment has been approved.

The cards we accept
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards via a secure payments system which is linked directly to our bank that will authorise all credit card payments. We can accept cards issued in Australia or overseas.

Payment currency
All transactions are processed in Australian dollars.

Receipt
We issue an electronic receipt for donations and LifeFlight Shop Purchases.
Donations of $2 and more are tax.

Returns and Cancellations:

Refund and Exchange Policy
When you buy from our shop you are helping to save lives, as all profits we make are returned to LifeFlight to fund vital aeromedical rescues. We appreciate your support and hope you love what you have ordered from us!

However, if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, or if there is an error with your order, please contact our LifeFlight support team (see details below) to arrange a refund or exchange. Please have your receipt on hand so that we can easily identify your order.

We offer a 30-day return or exchange policy on our items from the date of delivery. We can provide an exchange (for an item of the same price) or a full refund to your original payment method. Returned items must be in their original condition meaning they are unworn, unwashed and unused with all original tags attached.

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense for any return due to a change of mind or wrong size.

Shipping and Delivery Policy
We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post. We offer free shipping to our customers, as standard shipping costs are considering when pricing our products.
Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated within 14 business days depending on your location within Australia and delays by Australia Post.

Customer Service Policy
LifeFlight Australia Limited is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products.  We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
