How to pay
Once you have made your selection you will be guided through the payment process. The method of payment on our website is by credit card. We do not capture or store your credit card details, only the authority from our bank that your credit card payment has been approved.
The cards we accept
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards via a secure payments system which is linked directly to our bank that will authorise all credit card payments. We can accept cards issued in Australia or overseas.
All transactions are processed in Australian dollars.
Delivery of items purchased in the RACQ LifeFlight Rescue Online Store is made within 14 days.
We issue an electronic receipt for donations.
Donations of $2 and more are tax deductible.
Refunds and cancellations
A refund is available if you make an error in your donation or purchase. Any refunds will be made by credit to the card used for the original purchase or donation. If you make an error please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1800 630 014 as soon as possible.

Shipping and Delivery Policy
We deliver products Australia wide and internationally using Australia Post. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated within 14 business days depending on your location within Australia.
Customer Service Policy
LifeFlight Australia Limited is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time-frames are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
