Second injured quad bike rider airlifted by RACQ CareFlight Rescue

A stockwoman in her 20s has suspected rib and hip injuries after crashing a quad bike while working on a property north of Chinchilla.

The Toowoomba RACQ CareFlight Rescue helicopter was tasked to treat and transfer the patient at noon yesterday.

She was flown to the Toowoomba Hospital in a stable condition.

It’s the second quad bike crash in two days.
