RACQ CareFlight Rescue was called to the property just before 11am this morning.
She was treated on scene by both the Queensland Ambulance Service and a CareFlight Doctor before being airlifted to the Gold Coast University Hospital in a stable condition.
It’s the third horse fall RACQ CareFlight Rescue has attended in the last three days.
On Saturday a woman in her 50s fell from her horse on a property at Mt Tamborine.
She also suffered suspected spinal injuries and was flown to the Princess Alexandra Hospital in a serious condition.
Earlier that day a seven year old girl suffered a suspected fractured arm in the Wide Bay region.
She was airlifted by the Bundaberg based RACQ CareFlight Rescue crew from the Mundubbera Hospital to Bundaberg Base Hospital.
