Two Learjets are owned and operated by LifeFlight as part of its Air Ambulance service.

The Lear 45 can fly between 1500 and 1600 nautical miles in one leg, depending on conditions.

Our Lear 45XR can fly further, up to 1800 nautical miles. Each year our Air Ambulances fly 1,500 hours, treating and transporting an average of 200 patients.

We fly as far west as Singapore, east to Hawaii and Tahiti and north to Hanoi and Osaka.

Both aircraft have pressurised cabins and are fitted with the world's best practice medical equipment maintained to the highest standards.

LifeFlight’s Air Ambulance can respond to domestic tasks in 60 minutes and international medical evacuations in as little as two hours.
