Two patients airlifted after motor vehicle accident
LifeFlight's Roma-based Surat Gas Aeromedical Service (SGAS) helicopter has airlifted two patients after a serious car accident near St George in the state’s south west.
The accident occurred around 3am this morning (Saturday). All emergency services responded to the accident.
LifeFlight's SGAS helicopter landed at the scene and treated two men for suspected spinal injuries with the assistance of the Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS).
Once stabilised both patients were airlifted to Toowoomba Hospital in a stable condition.
