Woman injured after being thrown from horse
The Bundaberg-based RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopter has airlifted a woman, aged in her twenties, after she was thrown from a horse.
The aeromedical crew were tasked to Eidsvold Hospital around 7:30 last night.
The woman was flown to Bundaberg Hospital for further treatment.
She was transported in a stable condition.
This airlift marks the third animal-related mission the RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopters have attended since Saturday.
