Head on crash leaves man seriously injured
A man, aged in his thirties, has been airlifted by the Bundaberg-based RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopter after he was seriously injured in a head on collision near 1770 yesterday afternoon.
The aeromedical crew were tasked to the scene shortly before 5 o'clock.
The crew worked alongside paramedics from the Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS) to stablise the man for his flight to Bundaberg Hospital.
He was transported in a serious but stable condition.
