Car crash leaves woman injured
The Toowoomba-based RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopter has airlifted a woman, aged in her twenties, after she was injured in a motor vehicle accident.
The aeromedical crew were tasked to Millmerran Hospital shortly before 1 o'clock this morning to airlift the woman to Toowoomba Hospital.
2017 was a record year for LifeFlight for lifesaving missions with its aeromedical crews, community helicopters and Air Ambulance jets performing a record 5,344 missions throughout Queensland and around the world.
