Helicopter flies to patient on Bunya Mountains
The Toowoomba-based RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopter flew to the Bunya Mountains to attend to a patient at 9:42 am yesterday morning.
An 18 year old female with an existing medical condition suffered from a suspected seizure after missing a dose of her prescribed medications.
The patient who was holidaying with her family was flown to Toowoomba Hospital in a stable condition for further media treatment.
It was a busy start to the new year for the Toowoomba based RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopter which conducted four rescue missions over a 14 hour period.
