Woman airlifted after water tubing accident
A woman has been airlifted by RACQ CareFlight Rescue after suffering a suspected back injury in a water tubing accident at Somerset Dam this afternoon.
The 20-year-old was being towed behind a boat on a ski biscuit when she was thrown off.
The Sunshine Coast RACQ CareFlight Rescue helicopter was tasked to airlift the woman at 1.50pm.
She was flown to Nambour General Hospital in a stable condition.
