Two airlifted after separate incidents at Gap Creek farm
In an unusual situation, two RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopters flew to a motocross park at Gap Creek farm near Warwick within 30 minutes for separate motocross incidents this afternoon.
Both the Toowoomba and Sunshine Coast based RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopters arrived within minutes of each other.
The Sunshine Coast crew airlifted a 26 year old Gold Coast man to the PA Hospital.
He had suffered a lower leg injury after colliding with a tree on his motocross bike.
And the Toowoomba crew airlifted a 29 year old male also from the Gold Coast to Toowoomba Hospital after he suffered a broken leg.
He fell from his motocross bike after attempting a jump.
Both patients travelled in a stable condition.
