Woman airlifted after tree felling accident
The RACQ CareFlight Rescue's Bundaberg helicopter was tasked to a property South West of Bundaberg near the town of Dallarnil Sunday morning where a woman had been injured whilst felling trees.
The woman in her mid-thirties had been pulling down branches when one branch fell and fractured her left leg.
The rescue helicopter landed on her property and the CareFlight medical team treated the woman for her injuries with the assistance of the Queensland Ambulance Service who were first on scene.
After stabilising her she was airlifted to the Bundaberg Hospital in a stable condition.
