Man airlifted after being crushed by a bull
RACQ CareFlight Rescue’s Bundaberg crew flew to Gayndah late Sunday morning to airlift a male that had been crushed by a bull.
The patient in his early eighties had gone to check on the bull when the bull crushed him with a gate several times, causing abdominal injuries.
He made his own way to hospital and when asked had he been to hospital before he looked around and said “yes this is the hospital I was born in” they certainly breed them tough out at Gayndah.
He was airlifted to the Bundaberg Hospital in a stable condition.
