Two men taken to hospital after off-road motorcycle crash
Two men have been injured in an off-road motorcycle crash on a private property in South Isis this afternoon.
A man, who is in his 40s, suffered a suspected head injury.
The second patient is a teenage boy, who sustained suspected pelvic and arm injuries.
It is believed they collided while riding on the property and were only discovered approximately 30 minutes after the accident.
The Sunshine Coast RACQ CareFlight Rescue helicopter responded to the accident around 3.30pm.
Both patients were taken by QAS road ambulance to the Childers Showground, where the helicopter landed.
The man in his 40s was airlifted to Bundaberg Base Hospital in a stable condition.
CareFlight’s Flight Intensive Care Paramedic accompanied the teenager by road ambulance to Bundaberg Base Hospital.
He also travelled in a stable condition.
