Man airlifted after motorcycle accident at Coringa
A man in his 20s injured in a motorcycle accident at Coringa this morning has been airlifted to hospital by RACQ CareFlight Rescue.
The Bundaberg local was riding with friends along a stretch of road when he lost control and crashed.
He sustained suspected arm and leg injuries.
The Bundaberg RACQ CareFlight Rescue helicopter was tasked to the accident at 11.15am.
The QAS Flight Intensive Care Paramedic on-board CareFlight’s helicopter treated and stabilised the young man before he was flown to Bundaberg Base Hospital.
He travelled in a stable condition.
