Premature twins airlifted
The RACQ CareFlight helicopter (Toowoomba) has been tasked to Kingaroy to airlift twin baby girls who were born premature at 34 weeks.
A neonatal team from the Mater Children's Hospital was on board to treat the twins.
One of the babies was born with breathing difficulties but the other baby girl was fine.
Both twins were airlifted though so they could be at the same hospital together.
They were taken to Ipswich Hospital in a stable condition.
