Mother airlifted after head on collision with a tree

The accident occurred about 28 km’s from Inglewood at around 3.30pm.

It’s believed the vehicle carrying two female adults and two children under 10 years of age collided with a tree.

All were taken to Inglewood hospital by the Queensland Ambulance Service.

A 42-year-female from Brisbane who was a passenger in the car sustained suspected spinal injuries and was airlifted to Toowoomba Hospital in a stable condition.

The other three patients remained in Inglewood Hospital with minor injuries.
