It’s believed the man was mustering cattle when he fell from his horse; sustaining head and neck injuries.
The 57 year old was treated at the scene by paramedics from the Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS).
The man was then flown to the Bundaberg Base Hospital in a stable condition.
