The man, aged in his 40s, sustained suspected head and leg injuries, including a suspected broken right leg and was treated at the scene by Queensland Ambulance Service paramedics.
The accident occurred at approximately 10am. His wife became concerned after the man failed to return home after his morning muster and she began searching their property.
The Toowoomba-based RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopter was called to the property at 11.20am and airlifted the farmer to Toowoomba Base Hospital in a stable condition.

The man suffered severe lacerations as well as suspected leg and possible spinal injuries after a passing car clipped the motorcyclist on a small country road.
The man was airlifted to Bundaberg Base Hospital in a stable condition.
