The Toowoomba RACQ CareFlight Rescue helicopter was tasked to the crash site, ten kilometres north east of the township of Moonie at 3.30 this afternoon.
The alarm was raised after a truck driver came across the crash site, 200 kilometres west of Toowoomba.
The patient was flown to a Brisbane hospital in a stable condition.
