Dog handler injured in wild pig hunting accident

While in pursuit of a mob of pigs, he was dragged from the back of the vehicle by his two dogs, which he was holding at the time.
He sustained multiple injuries in the accident.
The Toowoomba-based RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopter, with Critical Care doctor onboard, was tasked to airlift the man just after 2am this morning.
He was flown Toowoomba Hospital in a stable condition.  
The 2017-2018 financial year was a record year for LifeFlight for lifesaving missions with its aeromedical crews, community helicopters and Air Ambulance jets performing a record 5,452 missions throughout Queensland and around the world.
