The middle aged woman sustained suspected head, chest and abdominal injuries in the crash, which happened on a stretch of road in Beeron, south of Mundubbera.
RACQ CareFlight Rescue’s Bundaberg crew responded to the accident about 3pm.
She travelled in a stable condition.
