One patient was a woman in her sixties with an injury to her pelvis.
The second, a 12-week-old baby boy suffering a serious medical condition.
His mother also travelled on-board the aircraft and accompanied him throughout the flight.
The aircraft arrived at Brisbane Airport shortly after 1am this morning.
Both patients were met by road ambulance and transported to Brisbane based hospitals.
