RACQ LifeFlight Rescue airlifts two people after rollover
The Toowoomba-based RACQ LifeFlight Rescue chopper has airlifted two people to hospital, after they were injured in a single vehicle rollover, south-west of Toowoomba.
The rescue chopper was called into action just after 3 o'clock, this afternoon.
Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS) paramedics, Queensland Fire and Emergency Service (QFES) personnel and Queensland Police Service (QPS) officers were also called to the scene.
Upon arrival, the LifeFlight Critical Care Doctor and QAS Flight Paramedic helped treat the patients, a man and a woman, for multiple injuries.
The RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopter then airlifted them to Toowoomba Hospital, in serious but stable conditions.
