Two men airlifted after separate car accidents

LifeFlight's Toowoomba-based Surat Gas Aeromedical Service (SGAS) helicopter airlifted a teenage male from a high-speed single vehicle rollover from Kingaroy Hospital, early Sunday morning. 

He suffered a suspected neck injury and was airlifted to Toowoomba Hospital in a stable condition.

The other two occupants of the car received only minor injuries.

The Bundaberg-based RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopter airlifted a young man after he suffered head injuries in a car rollover on Noosa beach

He was treated on scene and airlifted to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital in a stable condition.

2017 was a record year for LifeFlight for lifesaving missions with its aeromedical crews, community helicopters and Air Ambulance jets performing a record 5,344 missions throughout Queensland and around the world.
