Man airlifted after falling from ladder

The Brisbane-based RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopter has airlifted a middle-aged man after he fell from a ladder on an Inglewood property earlier this afternoon.

The man sustained upper limb injuries in the fall and had to be airlifted to Brisbane. 

The RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopter was tasked with the mission at 1.30pm. 

2017 was a record year for LifeFlight for lifesaving missions with its aeromedical crews, community helicopters and Air Ambulance jets performing a record 5,344 missions throughout Queensland and around the world.
