Teenager airlifted from motocross park

The Toowoomba RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopter was tasked to Gap Creek Farm motocross park at midday Sunday afternoon, where a 17-year-old male had fallen from his bike after riding over a jump.

With the assistance of the local Queensland Ambulance Service crew both the Critical Care Doctor and Flight Paramedic treated the patient for possible multiple fractures to one of his shoulders.

He was then airlifted to Toowoomba Hospital in a stable condition for further treatment.
