Motorcyclist airlifted to hospital after hitting cow

A 61-year-old man was flown to Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital in a stable condition with suspected chest and back injuries after his motorcycle collided with a cow at Teebah, west of Maryborough, this morning.

The man from Teebah was picked up by the Sunshine Coast-based RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopter from a property near the road where the collision occurred and airlifted to Brisbane at around 9am.
