Man airlifted after trail bike crash

RACQ CareFlight Rescue has flown to the aid of a man in his twenties injured in a crash at a Boondoomba trail bike track.

The Blackwater local had been riding with friends when he lost control of his bike earlier this morning.

The bike landed on him, causing injury to one of his legs.

The Bundaberg based RACQ CareFlight Rescue helicopter flew to the scene where its intensive care flight paramedic worked with road ambulance paramedics to treat the man.

He was airlifted to Nambour General Hospital in a stable condition.
