Agnes Water woman airlifted

A woman in her mid-50s has been flown to hospital after suffering a suspected cardiac condition.

The Queensland Ambulance Service was called to a home in Agnes Water, located 70 kilometres north of Bundaberg, to transport the patient to the Agnes Water SES helicopter pad.

The Bundaberg RACQ CareFlight Rescue helicopter airlifted the woman to Bundaberg Base Hospital in a stable condition.

Last year, the RACQ CareFlight Rescue helicopters based at Bundaberg and the Sunshine Coast responded to 223 missions, providing immediate aeromedical care for seriously ill or injured patients.
